As the Alliance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving market growth, revenue targets, joint market development funds (MDF) and other funding investments with a particular partner or set of partners. You will Promote Zones solutions and brand positioning with and through hardware and software partners. You will own the partner marketing relationship to plan and execute growth strategies to deliver on goals and KPIs in support of brand development, higher margin focus, and customer base expansion in key target markets.
Your ability to translate complex partner technology and architectures into business-relevant solutions, collateral, and marketing initiatives will have a measurable impact on Zones, its partners, and its customers. Drive MDF targets with your partner in collaboration with product management
Act as primary marketing liaison
Plan, manage and execute joint marketing plans and activities with your partner (or partners) within budgetary guidelines and deadlines
Drive Zones’ growth goals/objectives through partners
Provide messaging, value proposition for partner’s product, solution as it fits into Zones’ GTM campaigns
Support events and training activities with partner participation and relevant content
Support the design and the execution of demand generation and nurture campaigns in collaboration with campaign management
Support field sales with partner engagement in regional/local marketing activities
Manage the daily interaction with partners
Define agenda and presentation content with partners for QBRs
Execute MDF programs per marketing plan
Lead project teams to coordinate and align on strategy and execution (Sales, PPM, Creatives, Events, and Sales Enablement)
Define, implement and report on KPIs/metrics to track Zones’ all up partner marketing performance and effectiveness
Understand partner’s marketing requirements and processes.
Help to ensure timely claiming and payment of receivables

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA in Business, Marketing or a related degree, MBA preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years Partner Management experience in B2B corporate environment (VAR and software industry experience preferred)
3+ years Partner Marketing or Marketing Experience
Experience building and driving partner marketing strategies and execution tactics
Good understanding of channel management, partner business, partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, ecosystem and sales drivers, emerging IT trends and their impact on the partner eco-system
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional storytelling, including speeches and presentations.
Results-driven with a consistent record of delivering on company growth through partner management strategies
Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages priorities.
