About the role:
Data Science Dojo is seeking full-time Analytics Content Engineers (ACEs) to research, design, and develop engaging learning products based on learning design principles. As part of a collaborative team, ACEs work with Analytics Content Lead, Expert Instructors, Instructional Designers, Multimedia Designers, and Engineers to create effective learning experiences for students.
ACEs are experts in simplifying complex subjects and making concepts relatable to real-world situations to motivate learners to apply their new knowledge. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about data science education and who enjoy simplifying complex subjects.
What you will do:
- Develop engaging instructor-led and self-paced learning content and assessments for learning products based on technical product specifications.
- Brainstorm technical specifications for customized learning products with Analytics Content Lead, Expert Instructors, and Instructional Designers.
- Research fundamental concepts and real-world applications related to Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Review and enhance existing content in different learning products, ensuring editorial and technical quality standards.
- Contribute to the Learning Products team across all stages of the product life cycle.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative and analytical discipline.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about explaining complex concepts most simply.
- Entry-level experience in data science, statistics, or machine learning.
- Understanding of Data and Analytics, machine learning, and AI and their business applications.
- Interest in or experience in education and learning.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience in teaching data and analytics, machine learning, and AI.
- Experience in content writing, developing learning content such as slide decks, coding exercises, scripts for video tutorials, and blogs.
- Experience in developing interactive online courses using rapid eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise.
- Experience in preparing and troubleshooting SCORM-compliant eLearning packages and working knowledge of SCORM standards.
