WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist the Brand Manager to manage the brand within the context of agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, markets, consumers and products to garner insights, feed into go-to market plans and develop strategic initiatives.
- Analyze results to track performance, identify issues, trends and opportunities and continuously improve programs.
- Work with concerned teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans and assets for new product launches.
- Ensure development and timely execution of effective brand communication across the media mix and activation platforms.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- BBA/MBA with a high CGPA from a reputed business school.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience with the ability to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential.
- Dynamic, energetic and results oriented with strong sense of urgency.
- Broad thinker with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis, identify the root cause of complex problems and generate creative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to perfect execution.
