Associate Director – HRBP
Job Description:
- Drive the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit of resources as a key resource along with the HR Operations team.
- Develop and execute pre-joining activities of fresh graduate resources
- Manage engagement activities for all teams to keep their morale high
- Represent i2c in job fairs, talent hunt campaigns and campus recruitment etc with an employer branding perspective.
- Participate in employer branding activities in coordination with marketing, communication and relevant stakeholders to promote i2c as employer of choice.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other units, striving to maintain excellent employee relations, a healthy work culture and environment.
- Manage employee counselling and grievances in light of company policies.
- Facilitate in organizing internal and external HR events.

- Will be assigned other tasks on need basis as director by Head of HR.
We are looking for
- Education: BBA/MBA
- Experience: 10-12 Years
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) particularly in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Positive attitude and good learning abilities.
- Motivated and ambitious to make a career in Human Resources.
- Good MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, multi-tasking, and deadline-oriented environment.
