In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for an Associate SQA Engineer to help our team design, develop and deliver world-class software solutions while taking an active and hands-on approach to assisting the Lead Automation Engineer to develop, drive, and implementing high-level test strategies.

In this role, you will facilitate the design and development of reliable, scalable, and maintainable test automation to validate complex features under the supervision of the Lead Automation Engineer.

You will also collaborate with developers to diagnose, debug, and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects as well as work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards the achievement of the team, department, and company goals.

Once you are here, you will:

• Tell compelling stories with data, often working with strategy and innovation consultants to interpret and integrate 
• Participate in requirements review and understand new feature development
• Assist in designing, implementation, and execution of test cases for new and existing features
• Collaborate with the software engineering team on QA/Testing topics
• Perform platform testing to find out flaws within the interface
• Update the testing procedure to provide better testing analysis and user experience
• Contribute to our quality projects, including automation of test cases, with a focus on feature deployment
• Actively participate in agile meetings with product management and development team
• Gather requirements, build testing solutions and troubleshoot issues to deliver a high-quality product
• Communicate technical concepts/issues clearly to internal teams
• Develops, documents, and maintains test cases and validation reports

•  Masters/Bachelor’s or equivalent degree qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
