Job Description:

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd’s is seeking Associate Video editor/Photographer. He should have an ability to interpret scripts and storyboards creatively, bringing them to life in a way that aligns with your channel’s aesthetic and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Editing video content to a high standard for our Social channels.
• Synchronizing video and audio, along with integrating voiceover.
• Collaborating closely with the team to understand needs, review scripts, design production plan, etc.
• Selecting and combining the most effective shots of each scene to form a logical and smoothly running story.
• Executing on feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio in a professional production environment.
• Experience with YouTube, Instagram platform and understanding of its requirements.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and understand the vision for each video.
• Understanding of sound editing and design principles to enhance the viewer experience. Familiarity with software like Adobe Audition.
• Ability to use analytics tools to understand video performance, viewer engagement, and areas for improvement.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. This includes efficient workflow practices and prioritization.
