Experience:

• 5+ years experience as Sr. IT/System/Network Engineer

Qualifications:

• BS or Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Desired: Palo Alto, Cisco, Brocade, Ruckus, AWS, Google Workspace, Vmware, Proxmox, Anti Virus & MDM Software

Professional Certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex, highly specialized and technical activities related to the design, configuration, installation, maintenance and support of the organization’s network and systems services.  
• Configure, install and maintain network infrastructure and related systems, including but not limited to: routers; switches; firewalls; wireless access controllers; and virtualization.  
• Plan, analyze, and develop the process of deployment, implementation, and maintenance procedures for network & systems projects. 
• Monitor and analyze network and systems resource utilization and performance to determine and resolve potential issues and ensure services are delivered efficiently.  
• Install and maintain virtualized and dedicated servers environments, applications and software  
• Ensure the execution of proper operational procedures, change controls and documentation. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.  
• Provide technical consultation to end users on network service-related requirements. 
• Act as the primary technical staff to provide network technical expertise to implement various network-related projects.  
• Experience in managing cloud-based applications and cloud platforms
