Business Development Executive

A business development executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads to the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organisations products/services. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can take this role and make it their own, bringing ideas and enthusiasm to the table, while truly commanding their position within the company.

The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organisation’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include:

Location: PIA Road, near Wapda Town, Lhr
Timings: 10 am – 7 pm
Experiences: Fresh to 1 year

Job Responsibilities:


– Build contacts with potential clients to create new opportunities
– Make calls to new business leads and keep prospective client database updated
– Managing and optimizing our marketing campaigns
– Support in writing new business proposals, quotations, invoices and documents
– Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
– Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
– Follow company guidelines for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
– Abilities of requirements gathering, deployment and delivery
– Documentation skills – good command on the English language

Required Skills & Qualification:


– Any Bachelor’s degree, preferred in CS, SE, BBA, and other relevant fields
– Experience with lead generation and prospect management
– Excellent analytical, time-management skills and energetic
– Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM is preferred

Good to have:
– Technical leadership qualities – can handle multiple campaigns concurrently
