Client Relationship Executive
Job Profile:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients.
- Communicate via tickets and emails as well to assist them with all types of queries.
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Communicate with clients via tickets, emails and calls to assist them with all types of queries.
- Attending scheduled meetings with clients as well as internal meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Accomplish assigned tasks according to the priority set by Team lead/Supervisor.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external entities.
- Must have a knowledge about telephone etiquettes.
- Provide daily signoff to Team lead/Supervisor at day end.
- Shift duration is 9 hours a day and 5 days a week.
- Shift operates between Evening and Night time.
- Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.
- Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities specific to your job role.
- Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
- Any other task assigned by the Team lead/Supervisor
