Client Relationship Executive


Job Profile:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients. 
  • Communicate via tickets and emails as well to assist them with all types of queries.
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Communicate with clients via tickets, emails and calls to assist them with all types of queries.
  • Attending scheduled meetings with clients as well as internal meetings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Accomplish assigned tasks according to the priority set by Team lead/Supervisor.
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external entities.
  • Must have a knowledge about telephone etiquettes.
  • Provide daily signoff to Team lead/Supervisor at day end.
  • Shift duration is 9 hours a day and 5 days a week.
  • Shift operates between Evening and Night time.
  • Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.
  • Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities specific to your job role.
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
  • Any other task assigned by the Team lead/Supervisor
