Key Responsibilities/What you will be expected to perform:

Responsible for creating, analyzing, and overseeing content production while also playing a critical role in ensuring that product, promotional, and informational content is presented in an effective manner, in line with SOPs and procedures.

  1. Managing the content pace of all 16 assigned personas according to the business growth flywheel.
  2. Develop a strong vision, appropriately organize, develop, and present ideas, options, plans, goals, initiatives, roadmaps, business cases, and other pertinent information required by management to make effective decisions.
  3. Work closely with the senior manager to devise a web content strategy that aligns with the company’s wider goals.
  4. Keeping a sharp eye on persona-specific strong competitors and taking all the necessary actions timely & effectively.
  5. Keeping up-to-date knowledge on the latest persona trends and guiding the teams accordingly as well.
  6. Conducting interviews & making sure the right talent is hired for the open AM positions in the team.
  7. Manage and mentor the new assistant managers on our systems as per our SOPs and workflows.
  8. Provide creative leadership and governance on projects and to all team members.
  9. Managing & guiding your assigned team in terms of tasks and their approval needs as well.
  10. Conducting probation confirmation & quarterly performance feedback sessions in close coordination with HRBP.

Qualifications and Requirements/ You might be a good fit by having the following:

Desired Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology/Business, or relevant subjects

Desired Experience:

Prior experience of 5 to 6+ years in the relevant industry out of which 5 years in people management roles is a must.

Core Knowledge Required:

Great command of the English language, proven editorial skills with a hawk eye for proofreading.

  • Expert-level knowledge of content tactics such as search engine optimization, competitor & SERPs analysis, social media, content marketing, and content funneling.
  • Superior communication skills. You need to be a superstar whether it’s written, verbal, formal presentation, or informal hallway talks. Concise, honest, and accurate techniques are a must.
  • Strongly motivated person not afraid of a high-paced role
  • Strong team management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
