Handling inbound and outbound calls for MTBCs biggest client.
Superior English communication skills (Verbal, Written and Comprehension)
Must possess excellent telephone etiquettes
Proven experience working in a call center environment in a customer/client service role
Must establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with work colleagues, supervisors and managers
Exemplary attendance and punctuality
The ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills
Must be able to handle stressful situations in a professional customer service related manner

Tools / Skills:

Proficient Knowledge of computers
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g, Excel, Word)
Must have an adequate typing speed.
Data entry experience is a must.
Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work flow.
Requires excellent decision making skills and initiative
