Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Position Overview
Zones is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join the growing marketing team. As a pivotal member of the marketing team, you will manage building workflows, lead scoring, and auditing the contact database within our marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, background in marketing automation platforms, working with sales and leads, and proven success partnering with distinct stakeholders for reaching company goals.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Operations, and is based in our Pakistan office.

- Manage and evaluate third-party vendors for content syndication programs
- Maintain the budget for content syndication programs
- Review and process marketing leads for data processing and lead pass through marketing automation platform
- Develop marketing automation workflows for campaign leads through marketing automation platform
- Generate and adjust a lead scoring model that can effectively provide sales with a consistent lead flow to generate opportunities.
- Ensure marketing leads are being assigned to appropriate campaign and seller
- Review leads and qualification rate with marketing and sales leaders
- Work with sales to ensure leads are being contacted and status is updated in CRM
- Analyze and provide feedback on improving leads and qualification rate
- Develop process and regimen to nurture and further qualify leads to transition to sales organization.
- Partner with Digital Marketing team to build nurture streams for lead follow-up
- Document lead qualification, pass, and nurture process
- Evaluate leads with global field sales or third-party company for prospect accounts
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science required
Required Experience:
- 4+ years in a marketing role, preferably in marketing campaigns or operations support
- Experience with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce is a must
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo is a must
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, and iterate to get the best results
- Effective communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Drive for documenting and optimizing processes
- Deep understanding of Office products, with advanced Excel skills
