Position Overview

An experimental, nimble, and growing team, the Digital Marketing Lead Nurture Specialist works within a small digital marketing team that is responsible for global online presence to promote brand awareness and lead generation via digital channels. This role drives innovative approaches and techniques to optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This role will utilize customer intent data from internal and external sources to effectively nurture leads at the middle and bottom of the marketing funnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify intent signal sources to consolidate intent data for optimized audience segmentation
• Develop and execute enriched marketing campaigns that evangelize leads and move them toward consideration and decision-making phase.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners and work across internal departments and teams in collaboration with Creative, Integrated Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations.
• Set up email marketing automation within HubSpot
• Identify retargeting lists for Display Advertising and paid social
• Execute and Monitor retargeting ad campaigns and dynamic website experiences.
• Provide performance reporting KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience working in digital marketing
• 1+ years experience with marketing automation
• 1+ years experience managing PPC marketing initiatives in B2B
• Google Ads Certification Preferred
• Experience working with Account Based Marketing (ABM) Preferred
• Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as web producer to add new pages and update content using Optimizely
• Deep understanding of the customer journey touchpoints across digital platforms to create a comprehensive customer view
