Responsibilities

• Coordination with consulting and client teams.  
• Functional knowledge of Dynamics AX365 in the domain of Financials and SCM, period closing routines, financial reconciliations is plus. 
• Participate in financial month-end and year end closing process in ERP. 
• Customer handling, providing solutions and always ready for going an extra mile to fulfil customer needs.
• Taking ownership of support queries on the telephone and via email. Managing the query from
  first point of contact to resolution and keeping the customer informed throughout.
• Effectively diagnose issues and identify problems signposting customers to self-help resources
  where appropriate
• Escalating support queries to consultants as necessary to ensure efficient resolution of problems
• Developing and maintaining FAQs and “how to” guidance (written and video)
• Proactively monitor customer systems
• Keep customers informed of forthcoming updates and new features tailored to their needs  

Requirements

• We are looking for a resource with 1+ year of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar MBA, ACCA, CA, ACMA background.
• Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous. 
• ERP support and coordination experience is must. 
• Excellent people and communication skills. 
• .A minimum of 1+ years’ experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools. Knowledge of SQL will be a plus point.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
