| Description |
| Accountability 1Ensure to write secure and optimize code, in front-end mobile ad web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular |
| Accountability 2Good Object oriented analysis and design concepts and understanding of OO design patternsGood understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and human centric designGood understanding of common backend architecture (MSA, Serverless, Monolith) and patterns |
| Accountability 3Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, Build reusable code and libraries for future use |
| Accountability 4Collaborate with back-end (API) developers and web designers to improve usability. Also ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs |
| Accountability 5Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and RDBMS, and NoSQL databases technologies such Mongo DB. |
| Accountability 6Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Mix panel, and cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Xamarin |
| Accountability 7Understanding of security protocols for web applications, such as OAuth2 and SSL/TLS |
| Accountability 8Write reusable code and tests, build prototypes, troubleshoot issues, and check bottlenecks |
| Accountability 9Would be a plus if havingKnowledge of emerging technologies such as blockchain, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) and how they can be applied to banking applicationsKnowledge about OSS development – open-source software |
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Minimum experience:
- 3-8 years’ experience as Front-end Developer.
