The Full Stack Developer must be skilled in front-end and back-end development for websites, stand-alone or tailor-made applications, frameworks, and CMS, setting up environments, implementing tracking scripts, and creating and managing integrations and databases. A team player when collaboration is needed, able to plan, estimate, and validate tasks and projects, reviewing feasibility, scope, objectives, dependencies, and definitions of received requests – helping to steer the choices for technology platforms and methods in the optimum direction. Also, an independent and resourceful coder, practicing ownership, agility, discipline, precision, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

– Designing and planning technical solutions to meet business requirements

– Coding and developing websites, applications, and features for new and existing products

– Taking part in collaborative team status and work meetings, collaborative-development, and code-reviews

– Estimating task efforts, logging hours, and updating status in tickets and channels

– Constant communication and updates with the team through tickets and team channels

– Improve and maintain Umbraco CMS implementations

– Validate assets and definitions before execution, clearly specifying missing or misfitting provided material that is required for delivering the requested task and clearly stating the moment needed and the consequence of non-provisioning

– Constant attention to own allocations and task priority adjustments, keeping synchronization with team and project coordination

– Prepare customized CMS guides and manuals to help clients manage their content after delivery

Required Skills & Qualification:

– Proficiency in the website and digital applications development.

– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and up-to-date front-end development frameworks

– Knowledge in Java, .NET, Umbraco development

– Experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 356 is highly desired.

– Experience with the Jira ticketing system is highly desired

– Attention to detail.

– Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.

– Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Qualification & Experience:

– Qualification is no barrier for deserving candidates
– 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
