Job Description:

Gaditek is looking for a battle-hardened veteran of Product Design to join us as Head of Design. As a Head of Design, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and solutions for memorable user experiences that achieve customer and business goals.

You will be working closely with product managers and lead developers to bring user/customer (UI/UX) experience research throughout the discovery, design, and development process and bring great ideas to life.

Once you are here, you will:

• Working closely with engineering, product management, and Go-To-Market to bring our vision to market.
• Define, direct, and influence strategic vision for our suite of products, bringing together multiple product areas into a holistic experience.
• Lead and grow our product design organization that is responsible for our customers understand and optimize their digital experience on online security products.
• Play a key role in customer, prospect and partner interactions, and be a strong voice for PureVPN in design and product community.
• Create broad visibility into learnings and impact; develop organization-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact your team delivers to the company.
• Play a key role on OKR, KPI setting and budget planning process.
• Ensure all projects are in line with performance goals.
• Keep ideating and experimenting to achieve exponential growth for the markets.
• Be servant to product and tech teams while tackling competition.

Relevant Experience:

• 12+ years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university.
• Solid Team building and leading experience.
• Specialized experience in one or more of the following fields: Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing.
• Deep understanding of how to design and execute experiments.
• You’ve ideally got deep experience on optimizing customer acquisition for an online site, or app.
• You have at least 10 years of experience managing and scaling teams, with proven mentoring and supervisory skills-from junior designer through to senior-level talent.
• You could present and explain design thinking with rationale rooted in user needs and business goals to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• You’re excellent at collaborating with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to influence, execute and evolve process.
• You’re a design leader with a strong depth of field-going macro with strategy, but can get micro with execution when the need arises.
• You have strong design instincts and a proven record of designing for complex, innovative, and memorable experiences that add real value to people’s lives and measurably push businesses forward.
• You have a master of lean UX, design thinking, employing techniques that ensure the team is solving the right problem.
• You’re experienced in developing creative policies, procedures and standards that actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
• You have the superior organizational skills, and the acumen to provide clear design direction, career path guidance and helpful, timely feedback to improve creative processes output.
• You have a command of current design methodologies and trends, a curiosity for new technologies and a proven ability to innovate how people engage with products.
• You have a degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or equivalent work experience.
• You have a compelling portfolio of work.
