Job Description:

Confiz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as the Head of IT. This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, including Cloud Technologies, Information security, and Business Continuity Planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent managerial skills, and a deep understanding of different compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives, incorporating cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, AWS and Office365.
• Hands on experience of On-Premises Infrastructure, Cisco, MS Windows & Linux environments, O365 suit Exchange online, MS Teams, SharePoint online and other products.
• Well versed in implementing security hardening measures specifically tailored for Office 365, ensuring robust protection for sensitive data and communication.
• Identify opportunities to leverage cloud services for enhanced scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance user experience and minimize response time.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant frameworks in all IT initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business continuity plan, considering different compliance standards and industry best practices. While conducting regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical systems and processes.
• Experience of the annual IT budgeting and forecasting process, overseeing the financial planning and allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Experience with the Security audits & compliances

Requirements

• Must have 8 to 10 years of experience
• Understand and be able to implement all aspects of the ISO 27001:2013 standard
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Must be certified in CCNP Enterprise, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft 365 Certified.
• Extensive experience in IT management, with a focus on cloud technologies, information security, and business continuity planning.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Office 365 and different cloud products (Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, PipeDrive).
• Strong understanding of different compliance standards, and security hardening practices.
• Familiarity with tech industry products and trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
