HR Business Partner
- Scope of the Role:
This position is responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in the implementation of all HR initiatives for Descon Agri-Business and Descon Corporation Limited.
Responsibilities:
- Assists HR Manager to manage the entire recruitment and staffing initiatives.
- Manage Day to Day Operations of HR.
- Facilitate in timely closure of the Performance Cycle.
- Identify training needs and make a development plan for employees.
- Development &Implementation of HR Policies, practices, and systems.
- Regular management of PCP.
- Structuring compensation and benefits packages.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Initiate and lead employee engagement activities.
- Monitors and circulate HR communication for Descon Companies.
- Develop an employee recognition framework.
