HR Business Partner


  • Scope of the Role:
    This position is responsible for providing support to the HR Manager in the implementation of all HR initiatives for Descon Agri-Business and Descon Corporation Limited.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assists HR Manager to manage the entire recruitment and staffing initiatives.
  • Manage Day to Day Operations of HR.
  • Facilitate in timely closure of the Performance Cycle.
  • Identify training needs and make a development plan for employees.
  • Development &Implementation of HR Policies, practices, and systems.
  • Regular management of PCP.
  • Structuring compensation and benefits packages.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Initiate and lead employee engagement activities.
  • Monitors and circulate HR communication for Descon Companies.
  • Develop an employee recognition framework.
