Job Description:
Nextbridge Pvt Ltd requires 1 x HR Generalist who can provide an effective and efficient output of work to meet the demands made of the role, and to assist in all aspects of the work undertaken by the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Working on a highly multi-tasking role with ensuring the completion of every assigned task effectively & efficiently.
- Accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates etc. to meet the deadlines efficiently.
- Generating analytical reports over Excel as per the requirements raised from any department.
- Updating HRMS profiles with monthly changes in designation or job status etc.
- Email handling inclusive of processing salary regarding requests with keeping a record of payroll related emails to further update in monthly payroll changes.
- Handling end-to-end exit process with ensuring smooth execution of due formalities with timely closing of payroll profile.
- Hosting in-person meetings related to performance management.
- Facilitating resources regarding their day-to-day queries/concerns with all necessary follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR
- Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of HR systems & databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent English communication & writing skills
- Hands on Experience with Payroll Software like Odoo is a Plus
- Dynamic personality, Team player & Multi-tasker
- Prioritizing assigned tasks as per urgency of requirement
- Good in pressure handling
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
