Job Description:
We are looking for the Human Resource Generalist, who will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department under supervision of HRBP including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, compensation & benefits, leaves administration, enforcing company policies/ practices, data management, reporting, maintaining engagement calendar, events managements, conducting and monitoring happiness survey, employee exits etc.
Once you are here, you will:
- Responsible to source, recruits, interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Responsible to keep track of time to hire and making sure SLAs are met on time.
- Responsible for actively participating in HR capacity planning of resources and hiring resources as per TAT.
- Responsible to conducts or acquiring background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
- Responsible to take care of new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Responsible to performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale, company events; all hands meetings arrangements, and training and development.
- Responsible to coordinate with HRBP to handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Responsible to coordinate with HRBP to attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Responsible to keep track of employee happiness scores.
- Responsible to maintain data analytics of employee’s key pulse points and submit reports on a monthly basis to HRBP.
- Responsible for Academy Learning & Development Needs
- Responsible for ensuring regular posting on LinkedIn as per calendar
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 2-3 years of human resource management experience preferred.
