Job Description

International sales and support executive’s primary responsibilities will be to communicate with the customers, handle them with the required sales pitch, and resolve any unforeseen situation in the best way possible. They will be required to achieve the set benchmark of calls, chats, sales, and productivity. Target-based selling will always be the focal point of the job, and the candidate will also play an essential role in job evaluation. We pay special attention to customer care; the candidate will maintain the highest customer care standards no matter what the circumstances are. Support will be provided to the customer based on the set protocols.

Communication skills are critical for this job role since the executive is required to communicate with international clients.

• Pleasant voice with proficiency and articulation in the English language, excellent diction, accent, grammar, and sentence structure.
• Typing speed should be at least 15 wpm and should be well-versed with the keyboard shortcut keys. Above-average computer literacy will be preferred.
• Spontaneity in responses will be an added strength. A friendly and outgoing attitude will prove to be helpful to strengthen the bond with different customers.
• An individual who is driven, progressive, and goal-oriented will be preferred over the other candidates. A high achiever can motivate surrounding people to achieve more.
