In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for a Lead – Python. We are working on a new product line with unique idea, it will be based on different microservices. One of the services will be on Python (Django). The app will be dockerized and use PGSQL and deploy in GCP serverless. It has all the cutting-edge technologies as we have the finalized architecture of it and the responsible person will develop it with other teams. 

Once you are here, you will:

• Strong knowledge of Python programming language and algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS complex db queries and design.
• Knowledge of Python web frameworks such as (e.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Knowledge of cloud providers like AWS and its services e.g. load balancer and auto-scaling.
• Some knowledge of DevOps tools with ansible, docker, git, and CI/CD process.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol stack.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Mostly Linux-based) internals, process scheduling, and memory management
• A clear understanding of multithreading and Synchronization concepts.

Relevant Experience:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
• Over 4 years of experience in Python
• Prior experience in DJANGO, Flask, etc.
• Additional certificates or courses related to Python will be an added advantage.
