Supervise and maintain accounting and financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports.
Analyze and present periodical financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Directors
Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
Manage organizational cash flows, forecasting and accounts receivables.
Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to, and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and participate in budget analysis and projections as required,
Ensure the compliance with the taxation and corporate laws, including maintaining a healthy liaison with statutory bodies.
Update and implement all necessary policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the board of directors.
To comply with the organization’s policies and procedures in cost effective manners.
Establish and manage a comprehensive system for assets management and develop tools and policies for effective utilization of the assets.
Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants.
Provide support to the project teams in accounting, administrative and financial matters.

Minimum 2-5 years of post article completed professional experience in financial and operations management, preferably in the IT Sector, with at least 2 years serving in the management position.
Experience independently managing finance and accounting operations and reporting functions.
Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, financial software, and other accounting tools
