Manager Finance


Job Profile:

  • Supervise and maintain accounting and financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports.
  • Analyze and present periodical financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Directors
  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
  • Manage organizational cash flows, forecasting and accounts receivables.
  • Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to, and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and participate in budget analysis and projections as required,
  • Ensure the compliance with the taxation and corporate laws, including maintaining a healthy liaison with statutory bodies.
  • Update and implement all necessary policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to the board of directors.
  • To comply with the organization’s policies and procedures in cost effective manners.
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive system for assets management and develop tools and policies for effective utilization of the assets.
  • Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants.
  • Provide support to the project teams in accounting, administrative and financial matters.
  • Any other assignment given by the management.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of post article completed professional experience in financial and operations management, preferably in the IT Sector, with at least 2 years serving in the management position.
  • Experience independently managing finance and accounting operations and reporting functions.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, financial software, and other accounting tools
