Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst for our Marketing Team who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing our marketing strategies for enhanced business outcomes. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights that contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and overall business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to identify opportunities for optimization and drive data-backed recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, consolidate, clean & validate marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant channels.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret marketing data and extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Create reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate marketing performance to stakeholders & evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and attribution analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing trends, providing regular updates and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to identify target customer groups and personalize marketing strategies.
  • Build customer profiles based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of data analysis and marketing insights generation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques for marketing applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT industry would be advantageous.
