Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant


Job Description:

As a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, & Service solutions, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing customized business solutions for our clients. Your proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform will be instrumental in delivering successful implementations that align with clients’ sales, marketing, and customer service requirements. Collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within the specified timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM, encompassing discovery, definition, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing issue management and risk mitigation, while ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and solution modeling sessions to accurately capture clients’ sales, marketing, and customer service requirements.
  • Develop and thoroughly test custom workflows, entities, objects, and attributes within Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Provide support for third-party products and add-ons to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365.
  • Prepare comprehensive specifications for customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.

Functional/Technical Skills:

  • Possess 3-5 years of  experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Demonstrate a strong command of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing capabilities.
  • Exhibit familiarity with widely-used application platforms, development tools, and industry best practices.
  •  Showcase experience in successfully implementing business solutions using Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Display proficiency in creating specifications for customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration tasks.

Soft Skills:

  •  Exhibit a strong drive to lead Dynamics CRM implementations and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional client management abilities, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Possess effective problem-solving skills and adeptness in managing project risks.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
