Job Description:
We’re looking for an Outbound Marketing Specialist who will drive the company’s growth and success by developing and executing effective outbound lead generation strategies and leading a team of representatives to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and implementing successful outbound strategies across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail. The candidate should also have strong communication and analytical skills to analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound lead generation strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, including industry trends, customer needs, and pain points, and leverage this knowledge to develop effective messaging and strategies.
- Collaborate with the regional business growth teams to develop target account lists and personas.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize the outbound lead generation process, identify areas for improvement, and report on campaign success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and the competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to inform outbound lead generation strategies.
- Stay current on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in outbound lead generation, and ensure that the team uses the most effective methods and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the company’s outbound lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of hands-on outbound lead generation experience with IT services or a product company
- Sufficient experience working within a CRM and managing contact activity records, and managing a pipeline.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a business growth organization.
- Experience working with marketing tools such as AWeber, GetResponse, HubSpot & Mailchimp
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth and experience working collaboratively with SDRs and the marketing team.
- Experience running multi-channel lead generation and indigenized campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and present executive and detailed reports.
- Experience driving successful Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Expert-level use of marketing automation tools or CRM or outbound automated email tools
- Excellent verbal and written communicator and creative thinker, and problem solver.
