Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute talent management programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent and support career growth and development.
- Oversee employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions, to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and employee events, to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute internal and external communication plans to promote HR programs and initiatives to employees and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional associations, to attract top talent and promote the organization’s employer brand.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends in HR practices, competitive compensation and benefits packages, and best practices in talent management.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, such as job fairs and conferences, to promote the organization as an employer of choice and build relationships with potential candidates and industry partners.
- Develop and manage employee referral programs to encourage current employees to refer potential candidates and promote the organization’s employer brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as internal events and employee recognition programs, to promote a positive employer brand and improve employee retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
