Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining Employee records.
- Support HR internal and external audits to evaluate policy implementations, process adherence, and HR effectiveness
- Assist in performance review process management
- Manage medical insurance for employees, filing claims and providing assistance for current employees; liaison for adding/deleting employees.
- Execute day-to-day operations and maintain employee personnel data
- Responsible for internal communications and announcements.
- Responsible to provide assistance and executing company-arranged events.
- Any task assigned by Manager/Management
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in HRM
- 1 to 2 years of operational experience in the HR IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective relationship-building, and an easygoing personality
- Strong analytical abilities, enabling the organization to build decisions on data-driven insights.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, multi-tasking, and deadline-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
