Job Description:

Plan the fabrication schedule by using Primavera Project Planner, and ensure the timely execution of production of project within budget.
Smooth execution of the project by resource levelling, consumables controlling & productivity controlling.  Monitor the consumable consumption & Man hours’ control.
Estimate the number of man-hours required for each of the scheduled activities, and assign the same to the schedule

In addition to updated bar chart schedule, progress tables are prepared. Critical indicators reports identifying the major/critical items of the contract scope are presented in tabular as well as graphical formats.

 Prepare four Weeks look-ahead schedule showing required weekly quantities of work to be done in order to achieve the target dates of the monthly Primavera updates.

 Requirements:

Should be well conversant with Process Equipment fabrication process 

Should have strong Communication (Oral & Written) Skills

 Good Time Management Skills 

Good Planning & Organizing Skills 

Well conversant with Planning tools and softwares. 

 Strong Decision Making Skills
