Job Description

A Technical Presales Consultant works with potential clients or customers to ensure they have a strong understanding of the services and/or products provided. As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our potential clients fully comprehend the value and capabilities of our services and products. You will be responsible for managing the sales process and nurturing relationships with prospective customers. In this capacity, you will act as the project manager, taking ownership of the service delivery perspective and providing technical support to the sales team for potential opportunities.

1-Stay abreast of market trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to our clients.

2- Develop and deliver compelling opportunity briefings, including impactful presentations, engaging demonstrations, and insightful technical discussions that showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.

3-Ability to keep up with market trends

4-Work closely with potential customers during the diagnostics phase, gaining a deep understanding of their pain points, requirements, and challenges to provide optimal solutions that fulfill their needs.

5-Proactively identify opportunities, address issues, and anticipate customer requirements to enhance the overall sales process and achieve successful outcomes.

6-Effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, through clear and concise written and verbal communication.

7-Create persuasive and customized proposals that highlight the unique selling points, technical capabilities, and exceptional advantages of our offerings, aligning them with client objectives.
