Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the lifecycle of the products in making. You’ll be part of a team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Product Manager, you will craft rich, interactive user experiences for the client.

The Right Candidate for this role is someone who is able to:

• Define product features and differentiators by analyzing existing market trends, competitors, customer needs and collaborating with consultants (if any).
• Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on market research, consultant and customer feedback, and the development resources available.
• Create Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) for MVP in consultation with the development team.
• Develop/oversee development of product workflow, implementation architecture, mockups, business decisions, data models, JIRA stories, UI and algorithms (if any).
• Develop/oversee development of CD/CI pipeline.
• Perform/oversee QA and develop passing criteria for UI, backend and algorithms.
• Perform/oversee Proof Of Concept (POC) testing of the product in-house and with willing customers (if any).
• Define features and timelines for each future release and oversee seamless integration of these features into existing implementations (if any).
• Plan,acquire and manage resources required at each stage of the product life cycle.
• Seek customer/consultant’s feedback and make improvements in the product’s current and/or future releases.

Experience and Skills:

• BA or BS required, background in engineering or CS degree a plus.
• Direct experience leading product management within an agile organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
