Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
Create and maintain a product backlog that clearly defines user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA analysts, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality product features
Act as the subject matter expert for RCM, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers as needed
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for product growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to gather feedback and insights on product performance and customer needs
Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of new features
Continuously evaluate and optimize product performance based on metrics such as user engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
Tools / Skills:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare technology and RCM
Experience working in an Agile development environment and using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance requirements is a plus
