Job Description

This job’s purpose and scope are to ensure the product or service complies with an established quality standard. A quality assurance executive will be predominantly responsible for looking after the production process, notifying any erroneous methods being used, and running multiple tests on the products to check for the durability and desired characteristics. You will be responsible for achieving high operational objectives by contributing information and analyzing the strategic plans.

We are looking for an individual who has strong communication skills and knows how to build authority. The candidate should prepare and complete action plans, implement production, and ensure customer service standards are met. All the procedures of the department will be in line with the company policies.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, be a team player and have a goal-oriented approach.
• Manage all quality-related tasks efficiently, find the root cause of the problem, and implement corrective measures.
• The candidate must be proficient in the English language and possess excellent verbal and written English skills.
• The candidate should establish and maintain cordial relationships with the team and with the other managers regularly.
• The candidate must be capable of utilizing all the quality assurance practices to improve team performance.
