Requirements:

Good Communication (Written & Oral)

 Sound knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards

 Certification of ASNT Level II

 Grip on MS Office

 Responsibilties:

Responsible to carry out inspection of materials as per approved ITP from fabrication stage to final stage.

Responsible for the review of heat treatment specifications, reports and charts
 Coordinate NDE requirements with approved procedures. 

Prior to NDE the incumbent is responsible to conduct visual exam of the weld.

Responsible for the communication of NDE failure with all concerned and preparing analysis of NDE methods in terms of repairs.

Responsible for the evaluation of NDE results and its communication to all concerne.

Accountable for the preparation and maintenance of QC & NDE record of each project.

Maintain job wise NDE history sheet. Keep record of NDE requests
