Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned existing customers who have ongoing contracts & ensure successful renewals.
  • Understand customers’ business needs and challenges to identify opportunities for providing consulting services and solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and with customers to discuss services delivery status and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to discuss customer challenges & issues hindering smooth renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and statements of work to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Dynamics 365 updates, and new product releases to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing for active contracts.

Requirements/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar customer-facing role within the software consulting industry, specifically with Dynamics 365 Operations can be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Familiarity with the consulting project lifecycle, including scoping, estimation, and project delivery.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
