Senior Data Analyst


In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for a Senior Data Analyst for one of its business units, Savyour.  The Senior Data Analyst will bring advanced analysis, modelling and performance measurement on projects. Clear on the purpose of data, how to capture, manipulate, interpret and apply it, they demonstrate the value and impact of this sophisticated science to inform client behaviors and activities.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Provide continuous support to designated teams by converting complex data and findings into understandable visuals, and concrete data-driven insights.
  • Be part of the effort to improve our reporting regimen.
  • Run regular data integrity audits to ensure data quality.
  • Work closely with Marketers, Software Engineers, and Stakeholders to create a holistic approach that can impact key business decisions.
  • Combine analytical expertise and business insight to answer critical business questions and opportunities, delivering critical insights to the firm’s business in ways that make a significant impact.

Relevant Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of working as a data analyst
  • BS in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Strong command of Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
  • Excellent mathematics, probability, and statistics skills are required.
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning, model development, and evaluation
  • Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools are a strong plus.
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Mix panel and google analytics is a plus point.
  • Excellent, effective, and clear communication skills (both written and spoken)
