Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee the financial operations and reporting of our International entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, audit and compliance, and VAT filing of the business. The ideal candidate will have at least three plus years of professional experience in reputable entities, an MBA in Finance or ACCA/CA (finalist), and a firm grip on IAS/IFRS.

Once you are here, you will:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements of International entities with accuracy and in compliance with IAS/IFRS
• Timely preparation and submission of management accounts to higher management, along with actual vs. target variance analysis
• Prepare and record vendor, pre-approved & employee-related payments & invoices and their reconciliation
• Calculate and disburse monthly commission to the affiliate partners of the business
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders
• Ensure timely completion of the annual statutory audit and liaison with the International auditors
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management across the organization
• Keep accounting records sufficient to support every material transaction
• Perform all other responsibilities assigned by the line manager

Relevant Experience:

• At least three plus years of professional experience in reputable entities
• MBA in Finance or ACCA/CA (finalist)
• Strong understanding and experience in IAS/IFRS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
