We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to compose and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Willingness to become an ambassador for the brand and represent the company upon a potential candidate’s first interactions with the organisation
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Coordinate with Technical team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stages
- Active engagement and promotion of diversity and inclusion hiring strategies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (candidates with knowledge of Javascript will be preferred)
- 3+ years of experience
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques on LinkedIn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
