We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to compose and post technical job descriptions
• Source potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn
• Willingness to become an ambassador for the brand and represent the company upon a potential candidate’s first interactions with the organisation
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
• Coordinate with Technical team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Ability to create a seamless candidate experience through all stages
• Active engagement and promotion of diversity and inclusion hiring strategies

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (candidates with knowledge of Javascript will be preferred)
• 3+ years of experience
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques on LinkedIn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
