Job Description:

PureDome is seeking a Senior UI Designer who will be responsible for creating outstanding user experiences by applying their advanced skills in UI design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing clean and artful interfaces, as well as the ability to translate high-level requirements into functional and intuitive user interfaces. The Senior UI Designer will work closely with product teams, users, and development teams in an agile and interactive design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design complex user interfaces for web and mobile applications, as well as digital marketing banners, emails, display ads, and landing pages.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders that meet both customer needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with other Creative Designers to produce assets for large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Translate requirements, specifications, and wireframes into visually appealing and engaging designs in collaboration with the UX team.
• Lead the development and implementation of design methodology that focuses on quality, client-side performance, and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in relevant design, technology, standards, and methodologies.

Relevant Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a UI design-related field at a design/interactive agency or in-house team, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work and a compelling design perspective.
• Expertise in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to wireframe ideas quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to5+
• communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Understanding of brand standards and guidelines, and ability to apply them consistently.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Communication Design or Visual Arts.

Nice to have:

• Experience with HTML/CSS and medium-level animation.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team of UI designers.
