Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX designer with a deep understanding of contemporary and user-friendly UI design principles for both websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the product manager and end-users throughout the entire product design process, from ideation to the finalization of UI designs and task flows that deliver a seamless and delightful user experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality UI/UX designs for complex products and the ability to communicate their ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels. They should be well-versed in design tools and software, stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, and possess strong attention to detail. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and can help take our products to the next level.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design manager from the ideation stage of mobile & web app products by brainstorming, researching & proposing user interface designs & user-interaction flows.
• Use low-fidelity design methods like wireframing & storyboarding to focus on the functional & usability requirements.
• Convert low-fidelity designs to aesthetically attractive user-interface designs using Figma
• Collaborate with the UI developer to ensure that the front end being developed is as per the finalized design.
• Use the end-user feedback & website / mobile app usage insights tool to identify poor user experiences causing potential conversion loss & continuously optimize designs based on such information.

Relevant Experience:

• Bachelor’s and/or Masters in Communication Design and design-related fields. 
• 3 or more years of experience as a UI/UX designer
• Experience developing a creative vision for a brand 
• Working experience on Figma or other design related tools
• Experience crafting and managing UI design patterns and libraries
• Experience working on Athletic apparel is a plus
• Experience across the full breadth of design expression: traditional, digital (including product), experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
