In a Nutshell:

Gaditek is looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Researcher for one of our business units, PureVPN. The responsible perons will have the exciting responsibility of working with Chief Growth Officer directly, assisting strategic planning processes as well as necessary industry research to be conducted for taking decisions. This role’s primary responsibility is designing and refining the strategic planning process for the growth team, understand cyber security space and conduct necessary researches quantitative or qualitative and convert data into knowledge so that decisions taken easily. Additionally, this individual may be asked to lead the execution of key initiatives beyond strategic planning or research in support of the CGO, including the creation of strategic materials, and content for critical leadership meetings.

Once you are here, you will:

• Design, refine and lead the strategic planning process for teams that are reporting to CGO.
• Work with the leadership team and department leaders to execute on the strategic planning process.
• In coordination with our Business Intelligence Team, develop and maintain CGO’s company-level reporting dashboards for OKRs, business KPIs and any follow-on analytics required to better understand performance issues.
• Conduct necessary market sizing, research activities, by getting input from marketing, inside and outside research points.
• Be master of converting data into knowledge and present in the neatest way possible.
• Managing Internal and Outside Research parties to get the things done if needed.

Relevant Experience:

• Max 5 years of work experience in top consultancy firms (nice to have), analytics, market research, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), plus a degree from an accredited university.
• Specialized experience in one or more of the following fields: engineering, product management, data science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing.
• You have experience working with OKRs and leading companywide planning initiatives.
• You have strong project management skills, can build relationships, and drive cross-organization alignment.
• Experience working in a startup environment is strongly preferred.
• You have exceptional analytical skills and are ready to roll up your sleeves to solve problems in addition to helping the team develop their data fluency. Experience working with analytics tools is great to have. (PowerBI, Tableau etc) SQL is very nice to have.
• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to foster consistent delivery of brand voice and tone across multiple customer-facing channels.
• You are highly organized and able to effectively manage complicated processes and projects.
• You develop, implements, and ensures execution of focus areas, priorities, and strategies
• You operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or fall between leadership areas of responsibility.
• Keen business and financial acumen – understand our strategy and govern the strategic plan and offer recommendations for improvement
