We are looking for aspiring and driven candidates to join our Artificial Intelligence Team and enrich our state-of-the-art products with innovative and outstanding features & technologies. The immediate need is for an AI/ML Engineer who has experience in some or all of the following areas & tools/libraries:
Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, Automatic Speech Recognition Systems, Language Translation Engines, Facial Recognition Systems, RNNs, CNNs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, OpenNMT, BERT, YOLO, DeepSpeech, Keras, and Pandas.

We’re looking for someone who is a good strategist, problem solver, self-driven, motivated to learn and can take this role and make it their own by bringing ideas, enthusiasm, and expertise to the table, while truly commanding their position within the company.

Job Description:

They are responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical models, designing and executing experiments, and communicating findings to stakeholders. They should be able to work independently, lead a team of data scientists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and optimize performance. In addition, they must stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in the field and have strong communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.

Technical Skills:
Data Analysis: Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Programming: Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and the ability to use libraries and frameworks for data processing and analysis.

Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning techniques, such as regression analysis, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks, and their practical applications.

Data Visualization: The ability to present complex data in an easily understandable format using visual tools and software such as Tableau, PowerBI, or ggplot.

Business Acumen: The ability to understand the business context and make data-driven decisions based on a deep understanding of the market, customer, and competition.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership: The ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive projects from conception to completion.

Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address complex data-related issues.

Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including scoping, timelines, resources, and risks, to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven insights.

Continuous Learning: A passion for constant learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
