We are looking for an experienced professional who can combine their expertise in customer success management with talent acquisition to join our team as a Talent Success Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent experience and drive talent retention,
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent success strategy that includes onboarding, training, support, and engagement programs to maximize talent retention and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address talent needs and concerns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and analyze talent success metrics, retention rate and churn, and leverage insights to inform product and service improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key talent and network candidates. .
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to retain top talent, including employer branding, candidate engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Work cross functionally with sales to determine the client’s hiring needs and requirements to ensure the talent is matched and prepared correctly.
- Develop and implement candidate retention programs to ensure a positive employee experience and reduce turnover.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success management and/or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in a customer-facing role.
- Preferred experience as a technical recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop effective solutions.
