Architect and design automation solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility.
Design, develop, test and deploy high quality and resilient automations.
Demonstrate automations to stake holders, support training, and provide operational support.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot as needed.
Develop prototypes to demonstrate creative ways of applying automation tools.
Mentor and lead less experienced team members and provide technical training as needed.
Maintain technical documentation and best practices to support automations.
Explore new technologies and techniques such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to keep pace with industry and improve automation delivery.
Champion the use of Agile principles and practices to build a culture of trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery within the team.
Tools / Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5+ years of technical experience supporting project delivery or product development
Minimum 3+ years developing and supporting attended and unattended bots using a major automation platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and/or Automation Anywhere
Microsoft Office proficiency
UiPath Advanced certification
Knowledge of developing bot on UiPath Citrix Environements.
Hands on Experience on Robotic Enterprise Framework
Development Experience for UiPath Custom Activities.
Extensive Knowledge of AIFabric/AI Center, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
