• Engage with stake holders to understand their work and where they see improvement opportunities.
• Lead the feasibility evaluation and impact of automation.
• Architect and design automation solutions focusing on scalability and extensibility.
• Design, develop, test and deploy high quality and resilient automations.
• Demonstrate automations to stake holders, support training, and provide operational support.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot as needed.
• Develop prototypes to demonstrate creative ways of applying automation tools.
• Mentor and lead less experienced team members and provide technical training as needed.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices to support automations.
• Explore new technologies and techniques such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to keep pace with industry and improve automation delivery.
• Champion the use of Agile principles and practices to build a culture of trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery within the team.

Tools / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5+ years of technical experience supporting project delivery or product development
• Minimum 3+ years developing and supporting attended and unattended bots using a major automation platform such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and/or Automation Anywhere
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• UiPath Advanced certification
• Knowledge of developing bot on UiPath Citrix Environements.
• Hands on Experience on Robotic Enterprise Framework
• Development Experience for UiPath Custom Activities.
• Extensive Knowledge of AIFabric/AI Center, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
• Github source code management
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• CSS selectors and Xpath
• .NET / C# application development
• SQL / Snowflake / PostgreSQL
• Agile delivery environment AWS
