Job Descriptipn:

As a Technical Infrastructure Architect of Dynamics 365, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure required for the successful deployment and operation of Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure the infrastructure meets the needs of the organization and supports the efficient and reliable operation of Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand their business strategy, high level requirements & processes
• Demonstrate the future state solution enactment of the articulated business strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O & related applications and technologies
• Utilize specialist knowledge of Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients’ articulated business strategy
• Provide solution demonstrations
• Develop original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
• Review infrastructure specifications for clients 
• Share knowledge with other project team members 
• Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Quality Management Policy
• The MS D365 F&O Solution Architect will take accountability for:
• The overall technical infrastructure solution design and implementation
• The overall solution integration design.

Requirements

• Experience minimum 4 to 6 years with Dynamics for F&O, Dynamics AX 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server administration
• A deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O administration & integrations
• Knowledge of D365 or AX Infrastructure Support and Microsoft Dynamics deployments
• Experience in: Implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, IT/Admin Training, Pre, and Post Go-Live Support
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Must be highly motivated and work well both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned deadlines
• Demonstrable Infrastructure Solution Architect experience
• Strong working knowledge of Infrastructure Design and Microsoft Azure
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail
