Technical Support Engineer


Job Profile:

  • Providing technical support for a range of hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshooting more complex technical problems
  • Escalating issues to higher level support as needed
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of User interactions and support actions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products
  • Solid understanding of computers, networks and software
  • Experience using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Working the life-cycle of a help desk incident

Tools / Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of DNS/DHCP
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Good Knowledge installing Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Installation and Configuration of email client applications.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and domain environment.
