Technical Support Engineer
Job Profile:
- Providing technical support for a range of hardware and software issues
- Troubleshooting more complex technical problems
- Escalating issues to higher level support as needed
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of User interactions and support actions
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products
- Solid understanding of computers, networks and software
- Experience using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Working the life-cycle of a help desk incident
Tools / Skills:
- Good Knowledge of DNS/DHCP
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good Knowledge installing Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Installation and Configuration of email client applications.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory and domain environment.
