Job Description: Website Content Manager
Zones LLC seeks a full-time position of Website Content Manager.
An experimental, nimble, and growing team, the Website Content Manager works within a small digital marketing team that is responsible for global online presence in an effort to promote brand awareness and lead generation via digital channels. This role requires an analytical mind with a deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) specific to B2B. This position will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of headless CMS and DAM solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization’s website and TechHub.
- Ensuring the website and digital platforms align with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
- Making website content updates via headless CMS environment.
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices as well as regular monitoring of competitor sites and providing recommendations that continually improve and evolve Zones’ website customer experience.
- Identifying keywords that drive adoption around Zones services and solutions and providing guidance for website content creation.
- Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
- Evaluating website content for ranking of targeted keywords, customer experience and webpage visitor conversions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners and work across internal departments and teams in collaboration with Creative, Ecommerce, Digital Transformation and Operations.
- Providing oversight and management of paid search and paid social media campaigns on digital channels.
- Monitoring and administering web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and pointing out key areas of improvement for SEO/SEM that drive pipeline and revenue around Zones services and solutions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience working in website management in B2B
- 3+ years’ experience with Google Analytics
- 3+ years’ experience with SEO/SEM
- 1+ years’ experience working in headless CMS environment
- 2+ years’ experience managing PPC marketing initiatives in B2B
- Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment
- Google Ads Certification Required
- Experience working with Account Based Marketing ABM) Preferred
- Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as web producer to add new pages and update content using Digital Experience Platform (DXP such as Adobe or Optimizely)
- Deep understanding of the customer journey touchpoints across digital platforms to create a comprehensive customer view
