Job Description

A work associate executive will form a bridge between its executives, customers, and even employees. The individual should be able to take orders and translate them into actions. Your central goal will be to organize all complex official tasks, monitor the requisition supplies, and also ensure that they are delivered well within time. You will also have to perform research on all corporate policies, manage communication at the management level, and minimize communication delays as much as possible.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking to hire an expert typist who is dedicated and performs the task assigned by superiors. The candidate should be a team player but also able to take responsibility and complete tasks independently. Attentiveness is a quality that will be prized in this job role; you must at all times be observant towards small and big tasks assigned to you.

• Ability to write and review content, understand the requirements, follow up on client orders, and serve as a project leader.
• Good grip on the English language, verbal and conceptual knowledge to bring improvements in the team as required.
• Experience working on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; this will help maintain records on the computer and update them from time to time. 
• The candidate should be motivated, goal-driven, professional, and has a keen eye for details. Good communication skills will be a defining point in this job role.
• Good at taking orders from superiors so that a smooth working process can be established.
